"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Margaret. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always on top of everything. She made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and manageable. Margaret was always quick to respond to questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and paid attention to the little details that made a big difference. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and was genuinely invested in making the experience as smooth and successful as possible. Beyond being an excellent agent, Margaret was simply a joy to work with. She was professional, personable, patient, and incredibly easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is not only highly capable and responsive, but who truly cares about her clients."

"Selling a home and moving across the country at the same time can be insanely stressful. PhylIis and her team are outstanding, and an example of how the real estate business should be. I am so happy that I was able to work with Margaret. She is knowledgeable about the best course of action for selling a home and makes sure no detail is missed. She is kind, gracious, a great listener, and exceedingly patient. My experience selling could not have been better. Hopefully someday I can work with her again to purchase a home."

"We came to The Patterson Group to sell our AirBnB investment property for a quick 1031 exchange. Margaret was extraordinary to work with! She was able to get the listing up within a week, schedule showings around our guests needs, and close for top dollar within 30 days…in August when the market is usually quiet. We were floored by the level of service and professionalism Margaret provided and would highly recommend her and The Patterson Group for your real estate needs."
