Phyllis Patterson has over 40 years of real estate experience. She specializes in properties in historic Old Town Alexandria, Mount Vernon, along the scenic George Washington Parkway, and throughout Northern Virginia, and offers extensive knowledge of waterfront homes, residential land development, and custom home building.
Phyllis is a Life Member of NVAR’s Top Producers and was named a Top 100 Women Leaders in Real Estate of 2021. She is also a graduate of the REALTORS® Institute of Virginia, a designation held by only 12% of Real Estate Agents in the state. Phyllis has four children and currently lives in Alexandria with her husband and dog and has loved living so close to Founders Park and the waterfront.
