Maria is known for her tireless work ethic and her ability to deliver a full-service, white-glove real estate experience, always going above and beyond for her clients. She has worked with The Patterson Group since 2013 and consistently displays a keen and comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the real estate process.
Because Maria grew up in a military family, she is well-acquainted with the moving process, but she has always called Alexandria home. She spent most of her childhood living in Waynewood and went on to attend Villanova University, where she majored in Communications and played on the Division 1 lacrosse team for four years. Maria lived in Old Town’s Yates Gardens for several years before moving back to Waynewood, where she and her husband, Jonathon, currently live with their children, Blair and Harrison. She spent many years as a Junior Friend of The Campagna Center and notably chaired the beloved Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend, a role that deepened her ties to Alexandria’s cherished traditions.
When Maria is not working, she enjoys going to the neighborhood park with her kids, dining in Old Town’s vibrant restaurant scene and running along the George Washington Parkway. She is also very involved with fundraising efforts for her children's school and serves on the board of her neighborhood civic association.
