A native of the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, Margaret has been licensed in Virginia since 2021 and thrives in real estate because of her hands-on approach and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible for her clients.
Margaret started her real estate career with the team in 2020 as a Listing and Marketing Coordinator, where she learned every detail of preparing homes for market. From helping clients clean out spaces and coordinating painters, cleaners, and stagers to managing professional photoshoots, she gained invaluable experience in what it takes to showcase a home at its best. Today, she brings that same attention to detail and personal touch to her work as a Real Estate Agent, walking her clients through every step of the process and handling the behind-the-scenes details so they don’t have to.
A proud graduate of Virginia Tech, Margaret studied Communications and Art History, and she draws on her creative and organizational skills to craft effective marketing strategies and build lasting relationships with her clients. Recently married, Margaret and her husband, Scott Douglas, tied the knot in October 2024 and now live together in Alexandria, where she enjoys exploring the vibrant community she calls home. When she’s not working, Margaret enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking on creative projects, and meeting new people throughout the area.
