Maggie Hulkower joined The Patterson Group as Listing Coordinator in September 2025, after previously interning with the team in both 2021 and 2024. Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Maggie graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration before returning home to begin her career in real estate.
In her role, Maggie works closely with agents and clients to ensure every home is prepared and presented at its very best. From coordinating vendors and photoshoots to managing timelines and details behind the scenes, she helps create a seamless experience from listing launch through market debut.
When she’s not working, Maggie loves to travel and spend time at the beach. She also enjoys exploring Alexandria’s local restaurant scene, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her dog, Max.
